Nadia Adams

Nadia Adams is the co-founder and CEO of Blue Agilis. Prior to launching Blue Agilis, Nadia led inpatient quality improvement, ambulatory practice transformation, population health and care innovation teams. She deeply understands the pain points health systems experience when trying to engage clinical teams in improving patient outcomes. Based on the successes Nadia has been able to achieve across multiple care settings (large academic health systems, IPAs, ACOs) she launched Blue Agilis with her physician co-founders to scale effective evidence-based solutions, tools and processes that has driven better value for healthcare organizations and the patients they serve.

Nadia believes that we all deserve better healthcare and our providers deserve a better healthcare system to work in. She is driven and dedicated to making this happen. Her brother is the motivation behind everything she does. Due to a series of preventable medical events, her brother has brain damage and requires 24/7 care.

Nadia has been named as one of the Women of Influence honorees for the Indianapolis Business Journal as well as one of the top 40 leaders under 40 in Indianapolis. She was also named one of the top 60 Rising National Healthcare Leaders Under 40 by Becker’s Healthcare.
