Whether you have an intervention selected or need to find one for a KPI that needs improvement, our Smart Solution Search will surface the most relevant evidence-based solutions, if needed, and automatically generate an improvement plan for you based on evidence-based practices customized to your situation, doing much of the work for your performance improvement team to get started. It will build a draft current state workflow, help identify the key stakeholders that need to be involved and can also recommend ways to engage those key stakeholders based on their characteristics, create a draft workflow appropriate for your situation, and provide a work plan to achieve the outcome.
